Villa Ivano is an elegantly furnished villa in a quiet location in the center of Istria. The villa has a large private pool, large quiet sun terraces, off street parking in a fenced driveway. The designer kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances. The dining/kitchen area has an open plan layout & leads to the poolside lounge with covered outdoor terrace with BBQ. One of the bedrooms is located on the first floor, and has an additional crib if required. The master bedroom on the second floor has a king size bed, plenty of closet space and a safe. The bedroom has an additional single bed on a small gallery, there is a crib available if required. There are two beautifully tiled bathrooms on the property, one on each floor and a WC on the first floor. Golf equipment is not available.This unique property is set in large private grounds and offers privacy and tranquility for families and couples. It is approximately 20 minutes drive to the beautiful Istrian beaches, and 5 minutes drive to the first restaurant and store. This villa is an ideal retreat because of its location.
