Beautiful Villa Birds House is a wonderful vacation villa with private pool, situated in a truly unique location - in a bird sanctuary, only about 1.5 km from the sea. The villa is a true paradise for nature lovers. It is located in the ornithological park Palud, where almost a hundred trees provide shade and shelter for birds in the protected part between Rovinj and Bale. It is situated on a 5000 square meter plot full of aromatic Mediterranean herbs and is surrounded by olive trees. The villa has its own water supply and solar system for generating electricity and water. The first floor of the villa consists of the beautifully decorated living and dining area with wooden ceiling, as well as the well-equipped kitchen with rustic elements. As this is an eco-villa, it has no washing machine, toaster, oven or kettle, but nature is the most important thing here anyway. There are also two bedrooms on the first floor, each with its own bathroom, while the gallery on the upper floor can accommodate a further three people.
The garden offers many cozy places to relax or dine. An outdoor kitchen is available on the covered terrace. It consists of a gas stove, a sink and a stone barbecue where you can prepare meals.
The private pool is surrounded by a wooden terrace and Mediterranean vegetation and is the perfect place to enjoy the benefits of this peaceful location. Next to the pool is an attractive wooden pavilion with a huge bed called a "nest", ideal for enjoying and lounging in the sun or even rain.
As well as relaxation, this villa also offers plenty of opportunities to stay active. There is a playground for beach volleyball, basketball, badminton, mini-football and table tennis, while the bicycles are available to explore the wider surroundings or simply reach the sea and enjoy a day at the beach.The villa is located in the protected part of Istria, between Rovinj and Bale, in the untouched nature of the ornithological park Palud, in the area called Garzota. There are several beaches in the area that you can visit. The nearest beach is about 1.5 km from the villa. It is a 4 km long pebble and sandy beach and is easily accessible on foot, by bike or by car. The beautiful town of Rovinj is only 7 km away. You should definitely explore the old town of Rovinj, known for its architecture, cultural heritage, archaeological sites, museums and narrow medieval streets and enjoy the town's gastronomic and entertainment offer. If you prefer an active vacation, there are many excursion options in Rovinj and the surrounding area (boat trips around the Rovinj islands, sport fishing, cycling tours, etc.).
