In the outbuilding you will also find a nice place to barbecue and socialize. You can also explore the extensive garden, which invites you to walk and play, or take a refreshing dip in the swimming pool.

The location of the house is ideal for choosing a new beach every day. Sunbathe on the sandy beaches of Nin, enjoy water sports on the Karin Sea or experience the adrenaline rush of bungee jumping from the Maslenica Bridge. The city of Zadar also promises you entertainment and many sights and invites you to watch the beautiful sunsets at the Greeting of the Sun or the Sea Organ.
