Charming house in Caleta de Velez. You just found it if you are looking for tranquillity and peaceful surroundings.

 

This cosy apartment has two bedrooms, and it is a pleasure in all senses.

The sea views, the sound of the sea and the birds, the peace and being able to breathe fresh air. The location is wonderful, the beach is a small stroll away, and the Velez promenade is full of activities if you want entertainment.

 




The house is beautiful. The terrace is this property's main feature and you will undoubtedly fall in love with the views. The house has two bedrooms with double beds in both rooms and two bathrooms. It’s perfect for two couples to share or for a family with one or two children. The dimensions are perfect to spend some time comfortably.




The communal areas are worth enjoying. There is a swimming pool that you will only share with another two apartments, there is a table, chairs to have breakfast or dinner, and lounge chairs to enjoy a sunny day. It is surrounded by grass where you can practice morning exercise or yoga.



In Caleta de Velez you can enjoy concerts at night, yoga in paddle surf, a library on the beach, flea markets and even a small fair. Also, you will be able to enjoy with your family riding tandem bikes, rental cars, boat trips and plenty of activities so you won´t be bored.

 

Maro and Cantarrijan beaches are nearby. These are beautiful natural beaches with caves and cliffs, you will be able to snorkel, dive, kayak and rent paddle surfboards too.

 

If you come during winter you will enjoy the Axarquia area. Frigiliana is a white town, wonderful to walk when the sun goes down or have dinner. Also, there are walking routes that are a must such as from Canillas del Aceituno to Sedella and Saltillo bridge. La Maroma calls the most experienced walkers to spend a night on the summit.
