La Closerie des Cabanes, a 4 hectare property, a large family house of almost 300m² on privatized land

Beautiful environment, quiet, with a beautiful view of the surrounding hills, you are in little Tuscany. Ideal starting point for visiting the surrounding area, from La Closerie des Cabanes, you are equidistant from Toulouse, Albi and Montauban.
En route, you will visit the Bastides which make this Tuscany so rich: Rabastens at 8km, Lisle-sur-Tarn, Gaillac and arrive in Albi to visit its famous Sainte-Cécile cathedral, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

** THE GITE **

The house has two terraces on its South and East facades, an unfenced garden of 4000m², with a private, salt-water and fenced swimming pool.
The house is independent, renovated with ecological materials and the character of the old. In hot weather, coolness is ensured thanks to the thick walls.

The living rooms on the ground floor are each 25m²:
- A kitchen with two fridges, oven, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and an 11-seater table,
- A dining room with an 11-seater table
- A living room with two sofas
- A library-television lounge with sofa and armchairs

After a comfortable staircase, the first floor offers 5 bedrooms accommodating 11 beds and 2 baby beds:
- A 25m² bedroom with a 160cm bed and a 90cm bed
- A 25m² bedroom with a 140cm bed and a 90cm bed
- A 20m² bedroom with 1 140cm bed and a baby bed
- A 25m² bedroom with 2 90cm beds and a baby bed
- A 15m² bedroom with a 90cm bed

A bathroom, two shower rooms and 3 toilets.

Washing machine, television, wifi (the house is large and the walls are thick, wifi is not available in all rooms).

Children's games, barbecue under a shelter, parking spaces. Access to a special socket for electric car charging is available for a fee.
2 adult bikes and 3 children's bikes available.
Salt pool with beach walk. Dimensions: 9x4m, fenced with barrier, deckchairs.

A deposit by uncashed check is required upon entry to the premises.

At your disposal, the owners live in a small independent chalet at the entrance to the property and away from the house, behind the garages. This chalet is at the rear of the house and is not visible from the terraces, swimming pool and windows of the house.
You can order seasonal organic vegetables there.
Pets accepted (only one dog, only on the ground floor). Animals are present on the ground: hens, a cat and a border collie cross setter dog.
