The villa is located in the countryside but within a twenty minutes’ walk to Stavros beach and fifteen minutes to two min-markets. There are a good selection of tavernas in Stavros so it is possible to stay at the villa without a car, but we would recommend one for those wishing to explore.

This modern villa with a private pool set in manicured grounds with a parking area. It has a large living/dining room, a large modern fully-fitted kitchen and guest toilet and quiet area on the ground floor. The pool is accessed through double French doors off the dining area with a covered outside sitting area. There is also a good sized shady terrace for enjoying breakfast at the front of the villa. 

Upstairs there is a family bathroom and three bedrooms, each with their own balconies plus a large family balcony with sea views. There is one double bedroom with a wet-room and a large sea view private balcony and two single bedrooms, each enjoying a small private balcony. On the lower level you will find a tv lounge and laundry room. 

Next to the main house is a separate guest house with a living room with a double sofa bed, a shower room and a fully fitted kitchenette on the ground floor and double bedroom and shower room at lower level. 

The views to Zorbas’ mountain are from every level but the main sea views are from the first floor. 

Set in a mature garden, you will find a manicured lawn around the pool. Located at the end of the pool the large newly constructed outside living area makes this villa unique. It comprises of a is a shaded pergola, a sitting area, dining area and kitchen. Behind this area is still a blank canvass with the aim of planting olive trees. 

Helios can be rented with Selene making Galini Villas. These two can accommodate 14 people.

Being on the Akrotiri means you are no more than twenty minutes from Chania Airport and seven sandy beaches within easy driving distance from the villa. Chorafakia, just a few minutes’ drive has a small supermarket, a pharmacy, taverna and coffee shops. The town of Kounoupidiana, just 15 minutes’ drive away, has three large supermarkets, fish monger, butchers, pharmacies, restaurants and more. The Venetian city of Chania, a must visit, is 15km away. The Old Town is a place to wonder through taking in its changing history from the Minoan times onwards. You will find all the shopping facilities you could want, a very large selection of places to eat from snack bars to high class restaurants.
