The apartment for up to 6 people located on the ground floor of a family house in the Umag-Komunela district. Sunny location 900 m from the center of Umag and 2200 m from the sandy beaches of Punta.

The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a single bed, and the second with two single beds. The complete bathroom has a shower cubicle, washing machine, bidet, sink with mirror and hairdryer. The living area with kitchen equipped with stove, microwave oven, filter coffee machine, kettle, refrigerator, dining table with chairs, sofa bed for two people, flat-screen satellite TV, air conditioner and Wi-Fi connection -Free Fi. The private terrace at the entrance is equipped with a table with chairs and a barbecue.

In the fenced garden there is a children's playground with slide, swing and trampoline available for common use. Free public parking is in front of the house and you have to cross the main road to reach it.

*Pets are not allowed.

* Smoking is allowed on the balcony or outside, while smoking is not allowed inside.

* We ask our kind guests:

- to respect neighbors and behave calmly and discreetly, especially at night or during afternoon rest,

- for safety reasons, to turn off the air conditioning and the washing machine when they are not in the accommodation,

- to use the accommodation equipment with caution,

- to leave empty containers and to wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils,

- to declare to the owner any damage caused, which after a careful assessment of the damage, the owner will request payment of the costs in cash before departure,

- to indicate the expected departure time one day before departure to agree on the collection of the keys.

* The accommodation must be vacated by 10.00 am on the last day of stay.

Komunela-Umag
