.Charming white stone house

Lovers of white stones, you will be won over by the many surrounding bastides. In 5 minutes, you reach Cordes-sur-ciel perched on a limestone plateau and classified among the most beautiful villages in France. To the south, the mountains and valleys are covered with vines which shape the landscape. This is the Gaillac vineyard to discover along the hiking trails or by meeting the winegrowers. In 30 minutes, find the strongholds of Puycelsi or Castelnau de Montmiral. And in about twenty minutes to the West, Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val opens the doors to the Gorges de l'Aveyron. The famous brick Episcopal City of Albi, listed as a UNESCO world heritage site, is 30 minutes away. Numerous hiking trails and walks departing from the village.

**The Cottage**

White stone house typical of the region, you enter through the cozy and bright living room on one level. A few steps take you to the well-equipped kitchen (filter coffee maker or Nespresso, kettle, toaster, oven corner, ceramic hob, dishwasher, washer-dryer, etc.). It has direct access to a pretty terrace and its flowered garden. You will find garden furniture with parasol and a private barbecue. The gîte adjoining the owners' house is not overlooked.

Upstairs, a corridor separates the 2 spacious bedrooms, the bathroom and toilets are independent.
A bedroom with a 160x190 cm bed.
The second with a 140x190 cm bed and a 90x190 cm single bed.

The outdoor salt swimming pool (5x10 m) is shared with the tenants of 3 guest rooms located in the owners' building. The large terrace bordering the swimming pool has numerous deckchairs. The swimming pool is protected by an electric curtain and closed in the evening from 7 p.m.
