Within the house, there are two separate rental units: Poetry House - accommodating up to 6+1 people, and Poetry Suite apartment for 3 people.

Poetry House is located on the 1st floor with two bedrooms. A large room with a king-size bed and a smaller room with a bunk bed, underneath which there is a pull-out trundle bed. On the 2nd floor, there is a kitchen and a spacious living room with a large sofa bed for two people. Poetry House also features a rooftop terrace with a beautiful view of the old part of Varos and the rooftops of houses. The terrace includes outdoor seating, a large umbrella, and a grill.

Poetry Suite apartment is situated on the ground floor. It has a large room with a King Size bed and a pull-out trundle bed. It also has a private bathroom, a sitting area, and a small kitchen.
