Just 300m away, you can walk to the beach to watch the sunrise over the sea, or enjoy a tanning session under the southern sun. For the more adventurous, you can walk along the beach for a beautiful stroll through sublime scenery. The gîte is located in the Narbonnaise Regional Nature Park, home to many treasures (Sainte-Lucie Nature Reserve, Vieille-Nouvelle wild beach, the Etangs). Nature is yours to explore on foot or by bike!
There are plenty of activities to discover in the surrounding area, less than 30 minutes away: the African Reserve at Sigean, Leucate (cliffs, oyster tasting and the world of the wind), Narbonne la Romaine and fishing.
On site, you can walk to the shops without taking the car: grocery shop, bakeries, restaurants. There is a private car park in front of the gîte with space for your own vehicle.
The gîte has a fully private, fenced terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, so you can enjoy your meals outside in fine weather.
The gîte is on one level and air-conditioned, opening onto the living room with a sitting area (sofa, dining table and TV) and a semi-open, fully-equipped kitchen. A separate shower room with shower, washbasin and washing machine. Separate WC. A sleeping area ideal for children with a bunk bed (2x90). A bedroom with a double bed (140cm).
