Welcome to our vacation home SILENTRIVER - MOSEL.

Relax in our old winegrower's house, the foundations of which date back to the 17th century.
It was completely renovated in 2023 and offers with its 3 bedrooms, 2 modern bathrooms, spacious kitchen and a cozy living / dining room enough space for a vacation with family or friends.
The large terrace is ideal for socializing and sunbathing.
Thick walls up to 120 cm thick ensure a pleasant coolness in summer, while the modern gas central heating provides the necessary warmth in winter.
You live in the house with its area of approx. 125 sqm plus 40 sqm terrace on your own, we only ask you to observe a few rules that will make life easier for you and us.

The house is located in the middle of the village, close to the church and right next to the viaduct that runs right through Bruttig. It represents the remains of a planned railroad line that was never completed. Instead of demolishing the viaduct, it was left standing as a symbol of the times and has now become a landmark of Bruttig.

This 3-bedroom vacation home is equipped with a living room with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge and a microwave, and 2 bathrooms with a shower. Towels and bed linen are offered in this vacation home.

Pets:
We love pets, but they should be trained and know their limits. They do not belong in bed or on the sofa. Please think of the people who would like to spend their vacation here after you.
If the four-legged friends need to go out, then the fields and meadows are not too far away.
Please take care to dispose of dog poo etc. as you would at home. Bags are available for this purpose at many dispensers along the Moselle.

Microwave:
Our microwave is a multifunctional appliance and combines microwave with hot air and grill.
If you want to use the grill or the hot air function, please remove the glass plate beforehand. It is only suitable for microwave operation.

Induction hobs:
Our stove is an induction stove. A suitable pot must be placed on the cooking surface for operation. Use the touch fields to control the heat and plate size

Fridge:
The fridge has a large cooling area in the upper section and freezer compartments in the lower section. This should allow you to store your groceries for several days without any problems. Please check all compartments when you leave and take your food with you.

Bathroom - hot water
Our house has an electronically controlled instantaneous water heater. As soon as you turn on the hot water, it heats the water up to 70 degrees. You can regulate your desired temperature using the tap. If necessary, you can change the basic temperature using the sensor panel on the appliance. ↓↑ The appliance constantly measures the required temperature and regulates itself automatically.

Shower
So-called rainforest showers are installed in the showers, which allow optional sprinkling from above or through a shower hose.
- In the shower on the ground floor, the selection is made using the right-hand control on the mixer tap.
- On the upper floor, the button on the shelf can be used to choose between water from above or from the hand shower.
Please use the squeegee for the glass wall after showering.

Washbasin
The washbasins are fitted with a pressure lock, i.e. the drain is normally open. If you want to let water run into the basin, press the plug and it closes the drain. If you press it again, it opens again and the water flows out.
PLEASE note that these washbasins do not have an overflow.

Terrace
The large terrace is furnished with chairs, a bench, large table and sun loungers for your use. Cushions can be found in the house (next to the stairs).
When socializing in the evening, please think of your neighbors and adjust your volume.
