Our cozy and comfortable F **** star vacation apartment in an quiet residential area awaits you. The non-smoking vacation apartment is comfortable, recently renovated and partly newly furnished. The center of the spa Bad Neuenahr with spa gardens, Ahrthermen and casino can be reached comfortably in 8-15 minutes on foot. To the famous red wine hiking trail, the Ahrradweg and Ahrweg are only a few steps. The 50 m² apartment offers space for 2 to 4 people, has a separate entrance, is located on the 2nd floor and is modern and tastefully furnished. The apartment consists of a large living room with sitting area, TV,as well as a large separate bedroom (double bed, wardrobe,..).
For the 3rd-4th person is available in the living room a comfortable sofa bed with 1.40 x 2.00m. If you prefer a saperate bedroom, please ask us. We can offer you our " Jokerroom " .The well-kept eating kitchen has a fully equipped fitted kitchen with dishwasher, oven and microwave. The new daylight bathroom with shower is equipped with towels. On the lower floor you can use a balcony with a view of the Bengener Heide and the Neuenahrer Wald. A garage is available for bicycles. Shopping facilities and banks are in the immediate vicinity. Wifi is available for checking your emails and for research. A welcome package consisting of cleaning products, made beds and towels is of course available free of charge

The approximately 55m² large 4 star vacation apartment comfortably furnished, so that for our guests a pleasant and modern ambience can be offered in all available rooms.
The separate, new bedroom offers a large, comfortable double bed for two people and includes a large closet, which can easily store even extensive luggage. A pleasant and quiet ambience in the room leaves nothing to be desired for a restful night to be active again with new energy for the next day. With roller blinds, the windows can be completely darkened.
The kitchen offers everything your heart desires. So you have with the microwave the possibility for a quick warm snack and on the also available e-stove can also be prepared extensive, warm meals. Of course, all cooking utensils including crockery and cutlery are also available, so that they certainly do not have to worry about this on arrival. After the meal, the built-in dishwasher quickly tidies up the kitchen and the large refrigerator offers enough space for all the necessary supplies. Of course, a coffee maker for a "good morning coffee" should not be missing in a well-stocked kitchen. A starter kit for the kitchen is ready.
The bathroom with daylight offers besides toilet and sink of course also a shower to wash off the dust from your journey and excursions during your stay in Bad Neuenahr and to freshen up for the coming day. All sanitary elements in our vacation apartment in Bad Neuenahr are new.
In the living room, you can wonderfully end the day after a long day and let your legs dangle on the comfortable sofa bed or the matching armchair, let the impressions of the day pass in review together . The extendable sofa bed also offers a comfortable second bed for another 1-2 people. The couch is 1.40m x 2 m and has a continuous mattress. If you prefer a seperate bedroom, please ask us. We can offer you our " Jokerroom " .
All rooms can be reached via a hallway. The apartment has no passage rooms. This is felt by our guests as a special plu!. In the hallway is also a coat rack and a shoe cabinet. Surely you will be happy about these order aids!
The apartment has a separate entrance and is located on the 2nd floor. In front of the house is a free parking lot available, so they do not have to look long for parking or vis a` vis there is also a free public parking, should several vehicles our guests are looking for space . A balcony on the 1st floor with a view over the gardens is partially available for our guests by arrangement. Talk to us in advance if necessary . Of course, garden furniture can also be used without extra charge. You can store your bicycles in the garage. Of course, a cost-free welcome package with cleaning utensils is part of our service. Bed linen and towels are included. A welcome package consisting of cleaning products, made beds and towels is of course available free of charge.

Our vacation apartment is bookable all year round (also at short notice if available) and costs in the basic price:
52 ,- € per day for 1-2 persons from the 7.day .
15 ,- € each additional person per day on a sofa bed with minimum occupancy Minimum booking period is 6 days.
For bookings with more than 14 days stay we offer discounts depending on the season. Please contact us shortly !
Included in the price are: WLAN , Bed linen, towels & tea towels, starterset cleaning, garage space for bicycles.
The final cleaning is included from the 7th day.
The apartment is a non-smoking apartment .
Travel cancellation:
If something should come up during your planning, you have the possibility to cancel your booking. We will refund the full rental price up to 6 weeks before the booking date, up to 2 weeks before the booking date we will refund 50% and after that we will charge you 80% of the costs incurred. Unfortunately, we also have to charge 80% of the booking costs in case of early departure or if you do not start your stay at all. We advise our guests to take out a travel cancellation insurance in advance. If you have any questions, please contact us, we will be happy to help you.
