Les hôtes ont accès à un appartement au rez-de-chaussée de la maison, accessible depuis l'extérieur. Il y a un espace extérieur avec une table et des chaises.

L'appartement situé au rez-de-chaussée du bâtiment comprend 1 chambre double, 1 salle de séjour commune avec cuisine et 1 salle de bain avec grande douche.

La maison est un bâtiment résidentiel situé dans la zone de baignade de Fajã Grande, la paroisse la plus occidentale d'Europe. Nous sommes proches des nombreuses chutes d'eau que l'on peut voir sur la côte est de l'île. À proximité de la maison, vous trouverez plusieurs bars, restaurants et un supermarché. Si vous aimez nager, plonger et/ou pêcher, vous êtes au bon endroit, car nous sommes à environ 300 mètres de la mer. Les principaux sentiers ancestraux, qui permettent de découvrir les paysages les plus époustouflants, partent/arrivent à Fajã Grande.
