On the shores of the Mediterranean, Leucate is a seaside resort with magnificent scenery all around and beautiful unspoilt beaches where you can relax and enjoy activities.

The gîte La Perla offers just that, thanks to its peaceful location just 2 minutes from the beach by car and 15 minutes on foot.

With family or friends, discover the jewels of nature: coves, cliffs, ponds and plateaux. Leucate is the world capital of windsurfing and kitesurfing, thanks to the annual Mondial du Vent, and is the ideal spot for windsurfers.

The region offers a rich terroir to sample, from local wines to oysters. Leucate is a central point for discovering the region's heritage, with the Cité de Carcassonne, Collioure, Narbonne la Romaine and other unusual villages less than an hour away. Shops are close by: a supermarket is just 2 minutes from the gîte, as are restaurants and leisure activities (Aqualand park or Leucate aventures).

The residence offers a place of relaxation and tranquillity on the banks of the Etang de Leucate. Private, secure parking is available during your stay. The gîte has a small terrace area where you can soak up the sun or relax on the sun loungers. A spacious loggia lets you make the most of your meals, whether you want to enjoy the light or, when it's too hot, protect yourself with a sunshade system.

The gîte opens onto the ground floor:

- A loggia with garden furniture

- A living room with a sitting area (sofa and TV) and a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen

- A separate bedroom with a 160x200cm bed

- A separate shower room with shower and washbasin.

- Separate WC

- A staircase gives access to the attic mezzanine upstairs (maximum height of 1.80m)  with two single beds (1x80 + 1x90).

Sheets, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are optional extras.
