In the heart of one of France's sunniest departments, Argeles sur Mer is a destination with a Catalan flavour and a rich heritage. Just 800 metres from the Plages des Pins and the heart of the seaside resort of Argelès sur Mer, the Topaze gîte is ideally located for exploring the Pyrénées-Orientales. This large house dating from the 1960s, with its private 500 m² enclosed garden planted with trees and its private swimming pool (3 x 12 x 1.5), is located in a quiet area. The bedroom on the ground floor is accessed exclusively from the outside via the garden, with a direct view of the pool. This bedroom has a foldaway 160cm bed, a kitchenette and a shower room (wc). An entrance hall leads to the first floor, which opens onto a large, bright living room with dining area and sitting room, surrounded by a balcony. The kitchen is separate. Following architectural constraints, the kitchen leads to a bedroom with a foldaway double bed (140cm) and its own private lounge overlooking the garden and swimming pool. One bedroom with a 160cm bed and another with a 180cm bed opening onto the balcony. Shower room and WC. Parking for 3 cars in the garden and in the cul-de-sac in front of the house. 2 gîtes (4 pers and 2 pers) are also available on site. Bike and motorbike storage available.
