In Lido delle Nazioni, about 600 meters from the beach, vertical three-room villa located in a complex of terraced houses with independent entrance and private garden.
The house is composed as follows: on the ground floor there is a large private garden, the house is accessed by a private staircase after which on the first floor there is a large living room, separate kitchenette with kitchenette (stove, fridge, freezer), complete bathroom with shower, WC and services, large terrace with usable barbecue. Upstairs there is a bedroom with 3 single beds and a double bedroom. There are ceiling fans in the living room for cooling.
