Kitchen with dining area and living room, access by one step to the bedroom with 160cm bed and en-suite shower room with walk-in shower and toilet. The bedroom opens onto the private terrace (garden furniture, grill and plancha). A parking space is reserved for you on the property. Subject to acceptance by the owner, small pets accepted.
