From the very first impact, the house leaves one completely breathless: it is a perfect blend of pastel colours that mix with the colours of the surrounding nature, reinforced by the skilful use of complementary materials, which, although different, give it a modern style that is at the same time anchored in the Ibizan architectural tradition.

The amber-coloured stone walls, the predominance of white and the important presence of glass windows make everything light, harmonious and strongly distinctive.

On the main floor you will find the first two bedrooms, with a shared bathroom complete with bathtub and a service bathroom, while on the upper floor you will find the enchanting master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, equipped with a freestanding bathtub and all the comforts necessary to make your stay an unforgettable experience.

Finally, the annexe consists of two beautiful double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms with showers.

The outdoor area is a veritable dream: a pergola with exposed wooden beams houses a cosy outdoor dining area and a chill-out zone, while further on the swimming pool surrounded by sun beds and the landscape seems to be merged with the sea in the background. This alone would be enough to make it the perfect location for your holiday in the company of friends or family, to enjoy an aperitif at sunset with the sound of the sea in the background or a dinner in the lunar shade of the pergola. A daydream!


The outdoor area embraces both entrances, that of the main house and the annexe.

From the first, there is immediate access to the living area of the house, which is cosy and tastefully furnished, fully reflecting the style of the outdoor area. 

The large living area consists of an open-plan living room, dining area and kitchen. The living room has two chill-out areas with sofas: one surrounding the charming fireplace, and the other adjacent to the dining area. From here, the entire windowed wall allows you to enjoy an incredible panoramic view of the coast and the sea.
