Simple apartment near the Punta Umag beach

Simple and comfortable 40m2 apartment for 4 people located on the raised ground floor of a family house where the owners live on the upper floor with a docile dog. The apartment is located in a privileged tourist area of Umag - Punta, only 600 m away from the beach. Leisure facilities nearby.



The simply furnished accommodation has two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the second bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower, living room with sofa, dining table with chairs, satellite TV, kitchen with 4 burners, fridge with freezer , oven, kettle, microwave, free Wi-Fi internet access. The large terrace at the entrance with table and chairs, private parking in the fenced garden. The area is quiet with greenery around and the beach can be reached on foot in a few minutes.

* We ask our kind guests:

- to respect neighbors and behave calmly and discreetly, especially at night or during afternoon rest,

- for safety reasons, to turn off the air conditioning when they are not in the accommodation,

- to use the accommodation equipment with caution,

- to leave empty containers and to wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils,

- to declare to the owner any damage caused, which after a careful assessment of the damage, the owner will request payment of the costs in cash before departure,

- to indicate the expected departure time one day before departure to agree on the collection of the keys.
