The beautiful Villa Aponia with private pool is located in the small medieval town of Sveti Lovrec, near the old town of Porec. The villa can accommodate up to 8 people in 4 bedrooms. You will be amazed by the pool and the beautiful panoramic view. This artistic villa will introduce you to great works of art by some of Croatia's most famous artists.

On the ground floor, you can relax on the lovely sofa or enjoy meals together in the charming dining area. A fully equipped kitchen is located on the ground floor. Here you can also find one of the bedrooms with en-suite bathroom with shower, as well as a guest toilet.

The other three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with shower, are located on the first floor. One of the bedrooms with a double bed has access to the upper terrace, the other bedroom with a double bed has access to the balcony and the third bedroom has a French window. All three rooms offer beautiful panoramic views over the charming town of Sveti Lovrec and its marvellous surroundings. A well-equipped laundry room is also located on this floor.

In the basement you will be surprised by a spacious fitness room. For those who want to stay fit during their holiday, there are weights, a table for table tennis, an exercise bike and a rowing machine.

The beautiful terrace has a pool with a counter-current system. It is the perfect place to go for a swim, relax in a deckchair or lie in the shade of the parasols. The well-equipped outdoor cooking area is ideal for barbecues with the family in the evening. The terrace is also characterised by a beautiful sculpture depicting the female figure, a work of art by one of the most important Croatian sculptors of today. The villa is located in the medieval town of Sveti Lovrec in central Istria. The picturesque small town is characterised by its narrow, winding streets and stone houses, where you can dine in the local restaurant in the evening and then go for a stroll.

The nearest beaches are in Porec, Vrsar and Funtana and are only a short drive away from Sveti Lovrec. The old town centre of Porec is the perfect place to get to know the rich cultural heritage of Istria. The nearby main regional road allows you to quickly reach most of the sights in Istria, such as the Brijuni National Park or the Arena in Pula. Adventure seekers should definitely visit the horse ranch in the neighbouring village of Jakici, as well as great climbing spots in the spectacular Lim Bay.
