Villa Mariella is a newly built villa with swimming pool. It is located on the outskirts of the small town Kastelir, which is distant approximately 11 kilometres from Porec and 10 kilometres from the tourist resort and beaches in Lanterna.
In Kastelir there are several very good restaurants, pizzerias, bars and shops. The house is built in 2016 and on its own enclosed property of 800 sqm offers to its guests: covered terrace with the dining table for 8 people, barbecue, swimming pool of 24 sqm, children's playground and 2 covered parking spaces.

Fully air-conditioned holiday house in Kastelir with total living are of 160 sqm situated on two floors. on the ground floor there is a living room with a kitchen, table and chairs for dining for 8 people, sitting area, satellite TV and fireplace, one shower/toilet and one bedroom with a double bed, satellite TV and access to the terrace. On the first floor there is in total of 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed, satellite TV and private bathroom. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
