The beautiful rustic Casa Nina with swimming pool is set in Central Istria.
This charming holiday home was built in 1910 and offers to the guests a relaxing and comfortable holiday. On enclosed property the guests have a sun bank, a summer kitchen with barbecue, dining table, Sauna with bathroom and a covered terrace on their disposal. The village Prkacini is only a few kilometres from Rovinj, with a variety of leisure, sports and gastronomic offers.
Casa Nina with a total surface of 130 sqm spreads out on two air-conditioned floors. On the ground floor there is a living room with access to the pool, dining table for 6 people, separate toilet and an equipped kitchen. On the first floor, there is a double bedroom with private shower/toilet, a bedroom with two single beds and private shower/toilet. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
