Adorata 1 is a lovely and newly built holiday house situated in a peaceful setting in Vinez, 2 km from Labin and 7 km from the beautiful sandy beaches in Rabac.
The property was built in 2006 and is furnished with rustic furniture that gives the house a touch of Istrian tradition. This house has its own enclosed garden of 150 sqm with barbecue, two covered terraces, well maintained lawn with lots of flowers and a covered parking space.
The house can accommodate 4 guests on its living area of 85 sqm situated on two floors. On the ground floor there is a kitchen with dining table and an open fireplace. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, one with double bed and private bath/shower and one with two single beds and a shower/toilet, air-conditioned living room with sitting area, TV set and a spacious terrace and an open loft with a double bed, ideal for children. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
