Villa Lašići, comfortable stone villa with pool located in the village Vrh Lasici near Vizinada.
The house was built and furnished in 2014 and it is fully air-conditioned. This house distinguishes by its simplicity and delicacy through its earthly colours. Villa for 6 guests with a total living area of approximately 150 sqm situated on two floors. on the ground floor there is a spacious living area with kitchen and large dining table with access to the terrace, bedroom with a private shower/toilet and one separate toilet. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms with private shower/toilet and access to the balcony.
NOTE: THE HOUSE IS SUITABLE FOR ADULTS AND FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN OVER 6 YEARS OF AGE. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
