Villa Albona, modern villa for 4 people with heated pool, whirlpool and sauna only 5.5 km from Porec.
Villa Albona has a pleasant modern architecture, furnished with top Italian furniture and is located in a quiet place on the edge of Kadumi. In the neighbourhood there are other holiday homes, the nearest beach is 5.5 km, a shop 3 km and only 300 m there is a restaurant with local cuisine and a children's playground. Villa Albona is located on its own, fenced yard where guests have at their disposal a heated pool, a covered terrace with barbecue and table and dining chairs, outdoor jacuzzi and 2 parking spaces.
The house has a capacity of 6 people and an area of 175 sqm on two air-conditioned floors. On the ground floor there is an equipped kitchen with dining area, living room, wellness with sauna and shower and a separate toilet. Upstairs there are three double bedrooms, each with its own shower/toilet and TV.
NOTICE: The swimming pool can be heated until 1st November and from 1st May.
Charging of electric cars is possible with prior notice. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
