The house is in a quiet place in the village Rogovici, 2 km from Tar, where the nearest supermarket, restaurant and ATM are. The sea and the beaches in the Lanterna holiday complex are 3,5 km distant.
This really special house offers to the guests on an enclosed property of 600 sqm an infinity swimming pool of 39 sqm, children's pool of 15 sqm and 0,45 m depth, large covered terrace with large dining table for 10 people and equipped summer kitchen with gas barbecue, wooden barbecue and large "American” fridge and 3 parking spaces.
Holiday house for 10 people of 235 sqm extends on two air-conditioned floors. On the ground floor there is an attractive living area with an equipped kitchen, dining room and living room, all in one room, a double room with its own shower/toilet, a children's room with bunk beds and another shower/toilet. On the first floor there are three double rooms, each with its own shower/toilet, wellness with a large whirlpool and sauna, a terrace with sun chairs and a beautiful panoramic sea view. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
