Villa Tonka is a modern holiday home with swimming pool, it is suitable for 8 people and is only 3 km from the sea.
The house is situated on a hill with a panoramic view of the sea. Only a few metres from the house there is a shop, gas station, restaurant and ATM. On enclosed property of 800 sqm, guests have a saltwater swimming pool of 40 sqm, eight sun loungers, covered terrace with dining table and two parking spaces at their disposal.
Villa Tonka of 270 sqm is spread over two air-conditioned floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining table and a separate toilet. On the first floor are four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and TV. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
