The vacation home is situated on a natural plot of approx. 500 sqm. It is equipped with a living room (upholstered furniture with sleeping function, dining area, flat screen TV, radio), kitchenette with pantry (electric hob, fridge, coffee machine, various kitchen appliances) and a bathroom with floor-level shower and toilet, completely renovated in 2023. In the attic there are two bedrooms via steep stairs (2 single beds each). Electric heating (night storage heater) is available for cooler days. There is a furnished terrace with barbecue, play equipment for children (swing, slide), a large open space and a parking lot. final cleaning and bed linen are included in the total price. Please bring your own towels. To be paid on site: Energy and water according to consumption. Pets are not allowed in this property.
