The 55 m² vacation home is located on a separate garden plot (approx. 300 m²) on a farm. It is simply furnished with a living room (upholstered furniture with sleeping function, flat screen TV, radio), a bedroom (double bed, upholstered couch), a small kitchen (dining area, electric hob, fridge with freezer compartment, various kitchen appliances) and a bathroom with shower/WC and electric heating. There is a furnished seating area in the garden, barbecue, storage space for bicycles and parking. Cattle and horses are kept in adjacent paddocks. Fishing possibility on private waters, boat by arrangement. The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, water and energy consumption. Please bring your own towels. Pets are not allowed in this property. Liepgarten is located directly on the border to Ueckermünde, an over 800-year-old harbor town on the Szczecin Lagoon. Ueckermünde has recently been granted the title of seaside resort. There are restaurants, shops and canoe hire in the town. The Haffbad is approx. 5 km away. Beautiful, wooded surroundings.
