The house is equipped with a living room (upholstered furniture, dining table, flat screen TV, radio, fireplace), 2 bedrooms via stairs (2 single beds each), kitchen (dining area, stove with oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, various kitchen appliances), shower / WC and central heating. There is a furnished terrace, barbecue, sun loungers and parking space, and water consumption is included in the total price. Electricity consumption is billed on site.
