The detached holiday home with lake view is located directly on the Großer Prälanker See, a beautiful bathing and fishing lake, on the approx. 500 sqm residential property. 35 sqm house is equipped with a living room (sofa bed, sitting area, flat screen TV, radio/CD/DVD), an open kitchenette (electric cooker, microwave with convection function, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle), a bedroom (double bed) and a bathroom (shower, WC, hairdryer). There are also additional electric radiators, two terraces (1 covered), a furnished boat and fishing jetty, car park and barbecue. A rowing boat and bicycles can be hired for a fee (price to be agreed) and the total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels and water costs. To be paid on site: Electricity according to consumption, fee for boat and bicycle hire (if desired).Pets are not allowed in this property.

Prälank is a small village in the Müritz National Park, approx. 8 km east of the old royal seat of Neustrelitz.
