The traditional market of Santa Margalida takes place every Tuesday and Saturday between 9.00 am and 1.00 pm in the Plaza de la Vila. Here you can buy fresh fruit and vegetables, typical products such as "sobrassada" and mature cheese. At the end of September, an almond market is held in the town to showcase this delicious local product. If you are planning a visit to the town in summer, you can experience the Santa Margalida festival on July 20, a celebration in honor of its patron saint.
