In the heart of the Monbazillac vineyards in the Perigord, this stone house with a private pool offers tastefully renovated and luminous rooms divided into two levels.

On the ground floor, there's a spacious living/dining area and a fully equipped kitchen along with one of the bedrooms and a shower room. Head to the first floor, accessible via wooden stairs with a handrail and child safety gate, to find the additional bedrooms.

Outdoor amenities include a spacious garden adorned with furniture, a hammock, and outdoor lighting. There's a terrace near the kitchen offering views of the orchard and the private pool, which is secured by an alarm system and measures 8.5 m x 5 m. The pool area is complemented by a lawn area and deck chairs for relaxation.

For wine enthusiasts, the owners are available to organise various tasting experiences of Bergerac wines upon request.

This holiday rental is situated in the Dordogne in a quiet hamlet without traffic. The hamlet of La Font du Béarnais is situated at about +/- 4 km of Sigoules with all convenience stores. There is a park with a children’s playground near the church.
