Nestled in a tranquil setting near Vaison la Romaine, the holiday home in Crestet invites relaxation while facing the awe-inspiring Mont Ventoux and the northern Dentelles de Montmirail. Offering a peaceful environment and spectacular views, this house comfortably accommodates six guests.

The ground floor boasts an independent kitchen. Adjacent to this is the dining and air-conditioned sitting room. Ascending upstairs, the cosy bedrooms await.

Externally, the property spans a sloping unfenced hillside, featuring parking in an enclosed courtyard with an automated gate. The south-facing terrace boasts a dining furniture and a parasol, while the main terrace, partly covered, offers a plancha. From this vantage point, enjoy breathtaking views of the pool, garden, Mont Ventoux, the Pre Alps, and the plain.

The private pool, heated by a heat pump and secured by a safety cover, measures 7.5 m x 4 m, with a depth ranging from 0.80 m to 2 m.
The house is located on a hill at the top of the medieval village of "Crestet." The village is perched on a ridge north of the Dentelles and away from tourist crowds. You will not be totally isolated, but it is ideal to relax. A bakery, grocery, post office and restaurants are about 3 km away.

Sports lovers can go hiking or cycling to the summit of Mont Ventoux. Nearby you should also visit Vaison la Romaine.
