Nestled in Châteaurenard, this holiday home is ideally positioned 1 km from the town centre, and offers modern interiors, air conditioning, and a delightful garden accompanied by a private pool.

The villa extends across two levels. The ground floor seamlessly integrates an open kitchen with the living/dining area where there is a bay window offering access to the terrace. Three bedrooms on this level offer comfort and access to the outdoors. The upper floor houses the final bedroom and bathroom, on a secured mezzanine floor.

Outdoors, the villa boasts a well-enclosed garden accessible via an electric entrance gate. The shaded terrace features a dining area along with a garden lounge area, a bar, electric barbecue, plancha, and bread oven. Overlooking the garden and private pool (9m x 3m, depth 0.30 m to 1.40 m), the terrace offers tranquil views.

The villa is located in a neighbourhood on the outskirts of the city of Chateaurenard, at the end of a cul-de-sac. From Châteaurenard you discover easily the main sights of Provence: The Alpilles, the Camargue or the Luberon and the beautiful city of Avignon. Other interesting sites to visit within a radius of 50 km: Les Baux de Provence, Arles, Tarascon, Fontvieille, Fontaine de Vaucluse, the flea markets of Isle sur Sorgues, Gordes, Bonnieux.
