After a great day out, you can end the day in the outdoor area and chat on the terrace until late into the night.

You will spend your vacation in Gränna on Sweden's second largest lake, Lake Vättern. Gränna offers several attractions and picturesque surroundings, and attracts many tourists in the summer. A stay in this town can be combined with a trip to Visingsö. Park your car at the harbor (for a fee) and rent a bike on the island. The mountain Grännaberget, which frames the town to the east, rises almost vertically and from the top you have a beautiful view of Lake Vättern. Gränna is best known as the town of hot air balloons. The balloonist and adventurer S. A. Andrée, who flew to the North Pole in a balloon in 1897, was born in the town. Every year around July 11, the "Andréedagarna" takes place in Gränna in honor of S. A. Andrée. Balloon fans from all over the world meet here to fly in hot air balloons. So you can fly in a hot air balloon over Gränna in the summer.
