Only a few minutes' walk from Lake Mirow and the castle island, in the center of Mirow, the apartment for 2 people is located on the upper floor of a residential and commercial building. Directly opposite there is a small bistro, bakery and shopping facilities are within walking distance, the lido on the lake is only about 900 m away.The half-timbered house, built in 1756, was lovingly and elaborately renovated in 2022 by the owners, who live on the first floor and run a small SPORT STUDIO on the upper floor opposite the vacation apartment. Please NOTE that there are always COURSES on MONDAYS and FRIDAYS from 3.00 pm to 8.30 pm.
The approx. 35 square meter, centrally heated non-smoking apartment exudes the charm of old half-timbered houses (ATTENTION! Low door height!) and has a living room (sofa bed, flat screen TV, radio, free W-LAN) with an open kitchenette (dining table, electric hotplates, refrigerator with freezer compartment, various small kitchen appliances), an open bedroom (double bed) and a bathroom (shower, toilet). The apartment is accessible via a shared hallway, where bicycles can be parked by arrangement. There are public parking spaces in the immediate vicinity, and you can park in front of the house to load and unload.
The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, electricity and water. Please bring your own towels. To be paid on site: Tourist tax. Pets are not allowed in this property.
Mirow is a small town in the middle of the Mecklenburg Lake District between the residential town of Neustrelitz (approx. 25 km away) and the spa town of Waren/Müritz (approx. 45 km away). The town is located directly on the Müritz-Havel waterway and is a magnet for all water sports enthusiasts and hikers. Lake Mirower See is the ideal starting point for varied paddling tours thanks to its connection to other bodies of water. The town's biggest attraction is the castle island with Mirow Castle, which was only reopened in June 2014 after many years of restoration, the 3 Queens' Palace, the idyllic Love Island, the Johanniter Church and the Old Castle Brewery with its gastronomic experience. There are several restaurants and cafés, a fish smokehouse, shopping facilities and boat and bicycle hire.
