The 110 sqm vacation home for max. 4 people and a baby is located on a 500 sqm large, separate and fully fenced recreational property for exclusive use, only about 200 m from the Szczecin Lagoon.the semi-detached house, a former farmhouse, was extensively renovated and completely refurbished from 2021 to 2023 (first occupancy June 2023). It extends over two living levels. On the first floor there is a living room (upholstered furniture, smart TV with preparation for well-known streaming services, secretary/desk, dining table, wood-burning stove), an open kitchen (electric stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, various kitchen appliances), 1 bedroom (2 x single bed) and a guest toilet with washing machine. On the upper floor there is another bedroom (1 x double bed) with an unobstructed view of the lagoon and a bathroom with shower/WC. A crib and high chair are available for small children. Internet (W-LAN) is also available. Outside there is a furnished terrace, a balcony, barbecue, sun loungers, secure storage for bicycles and parking. The house is equipped with a modern heat pump (underfloor heating) and a wood-burning stove. The initial supply of firewood is free of charge.
Final cleaning, water and energy consumption are included in the total price. Bed linen and towels can be brought along or rented on site. A visitor's tax is payable in the spa town from April to October (payable on site). A small dog with a maximum shoulder height of 40 cm is allowed in this property.

The former fishing village of Altwarp is now a beautiful vacation resort directly on the Szczecin Lagoon on the Polish border in the Ueckermünde Heath. The natural bathing beach is particularly suitable for swimming with children due to the gently sloping ground. There is a sunbathing lawn, playground and beach kiosk. There is also a dog beach. The village also has two harbors selling freshly caught fish and a ferry connection to Neuwarp in Poland, a restaurant and a store with a bakery. The beautiful wooded surroundings offer the best conditions for nature lovers looking for peace and quiet. The region is also easy to explore by bike thanks to the well-developed network of cycle paths. The seaside resort of Ueckermünde with its famous zoo, a climbing park, boat hire, passenger boat trips to Poland and Usedom and a cinema is around 17 kilometers from Altwarp. There are also larger shopping facilities there
