Enjoy wonderful peace and quiet, far away from the stress of everyday life, in complete isolation in the middle of pure nature. Beautiful kilometers of hiking trails and mountain bike routes take you through the beautiful vineyards of the Middle Moselle. Enjoy the enchanting view of the Hunsrück on the sun terrace while your children can run around in the playground. Your four-legged friends don't miss out either. Our dog meadow offers exercise and fun with other dogs.
Welcome to our new, modern, renovated apartment/holiday apartment. The spacious apartment with about 54 square meters has a double bed and a sofa bed. A kitchenette and modern bar with 6 bar stools are available for a leisurely meal. In addition, there is a wardrobe with enough space in the bedroom. A 2nd bedroom with an adult bunk bed and an extra bed (drawer) including an additional toilet. The apartment also offers a selection of other amenities such as satellite TV, smart TV, 2 comfortable sofas. The main bathroom with whirlpool tub and shower, toilet and hair dryer round off the feel-good factor.

Payment is made on site in cash or by debit/credit card. Cancellations up to 5 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will be charged 50% of the total price. Arrival is possible from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Departure is possible from 7:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Other arrival and departure times are possible upon consultation. The keys are handed over personally on site. Pets are allowed €20 per stay/room A baby cot can be provided on request (€10 per stay). City tax 2,50€ per Person/Night.
