Villa Artista

Villa Artista è una Villa indipendente, in collina, immersa nel verde.

La vista lago rapisce il visitatore.

Intorno un bosco delimita in modo naturale la proprietà, non c'è una recinzione vera e propria.

Vi si accede da una strada privata di circa 500mt, il parcheggio esterno vicino all'ingresso della villa può accomodare fino a 4 macchine.






La Villa è di nuova costruzione, l'arredamento è contemporaneo ed i colori caldi e accoglienti.

La Villa è composta dal pian terreno in cui si trova un'ampia veranda semi chiusa con tavolo e salottino vista lago, il salotto interno, la cucina, un bagno.

La cucina nuova e moderna è completamente attrezzata.

Al primo piano ci sono tre camere da letto ognuna con un bagno dedicato.



La terrazza che circonda il primo piano è attrezzata con lettini prendisole.

Una piscina vista lago attrezzata con lettini prendisole farà del soggiorno un'esperienza indimenticabile.




La tranquillità e la pace del posto garantiscono una vacanza rigenerante
