As you enter from the main door you will see an open plan living room with fireplace and the kitchen.

The house offers two bedrooms that can accoomodate 6 people in beds. The living room sofa can be converted into a double bed. There are also board games and a karaoke for you!

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need to prepare your meals.

The bathroom includes a shower, a toilet, a sink and a washing machine. Free toiletries are provided.

The spacious garden is perfect for you to unwind after a long day at the beach. The patio is equipped with outdoor furniture like sofa and dining table, umbrellas and sun loungers. There is also a BBQ and an outdoor shower.

In the neighborhood there is a supermarket, doctor's office, pharmacy, rent a car, restaurant, butcher shop, self-service laundry nearby, the local primary school and the municipal outdoor parking. There is also a church in a wonderful location nearby, surrounded by trees, the homonymous “Saint Pelagia” church, where the locals go to. The roads leading to the beach are paved and you can move around on foot. The beach of Agia Pelagia is ideal for children, with a lifeguard and Water sports. Its beauty and its calmness make people prefer it so much for their baths in the morning as well as for going out in the evening..
