Located in Villanuova sul Clisi, inside a beautiful residence with swimming pool overlooking the lake, two bedroom apartment for a group or family holiday up to 6 people.
The apartment welcomes guests with the bright living room equipped with double sofa bed, flat screen TV, dining table with chairs and fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, juicer, coffee machine and toaster.
The living room leads to the private covered terrace, equipped with a table and chairs for outdoor breakfasts and dinners with a magnificent view of the Lake and the Garda hills!
The property continues with the master bedroom equipped with a comfortable queen size bed, wardrobe and access to the private terrace; the second bedroom is equipped with two single beds and wardrobe and overlooks the private back garden.
The layout of this apartment is completed by the bathroom with shower and toilet.
Guests have access to a washing machine, iron and ironing board, Wi-Fi connection and portable fans.
*Guests can park their car in the public parking spaces in front of the Residence.
The residence swimming pool can be used from 01 June to 30 September. The use of the headset is required.
With a small extra cost there's the possibility of providing a cot and a child seat.
