    - Sehr schöne Möbelstücke, gemütlicher Ofen einerseits
    - Dunkle Räume (Ausnahme das grosse Schlafzimmer), nicht ganz zeitgemässe Küche (Herd, sehr niedrige Arbeitsflächen), Badzimmer (und mehr) altmodisch, steile Treppe (für Kleinkinder und ältere Leute ungeeignet) andererseits.
