Das Appartement ist 62 qm groß, frisch renoviert, modern eingerichtet und über einen Treppenaufgang zu erreichen. Die Deckenhöhe beträgt vier Meter, wobei das Wohnzimmer eine geschnitzte Holzdecke und Deckenmalereien hat. Die Küche ist in das Wohnzimmer integriert und mit modernen Geräten ausgestattet. W-LAN kostenfrei. Eine Gefriermöglichkeit steht im Keller für alle Gäste bereit (pro Wohnung 1 Gefrierfach).

Das separate Schlafzimmer verfügt über zwei Betten a 80 x 200 cm, das Bad mit Dusche/WC ist sowohl vom Schlafzimmer als auch vom Wohnzimmer aus zugänglich. Alle Zimmer haben Fußbodenheizung.

Der der wunderschöne Garten kann mitgenutzt werden - hier steht auch eine Möglichkeit zum Grillen für Sie bereit. Ein Trockner sowie eine Waschmaschine stehen im Waschraum des Kellers bereit.




Die Appartements befinden sich in einem historisch interessanten Haus mit schönem Garten, direkt in der Stralsunder Altstadt. Den Alten Markt erreichen Sie zu Fuß in einer Minute, den Hafen in zwei Minuten.
 
Parkmöglichkeiten finden Sie in den nahe gelegenen Parkhäusern "Am Meeresmuseum" sowie "Am Hafen". Mit einem Parkrabattgutschein zahlen Sie für 24 h nur 8,00 Euro. In den Parkhäusern sind gebührenpflichtige E-Ladestationen für Elektroautos vorhanden.

Die Bushaltestelle "Olof-Palme-Platz" der Linien 1, 4 und 60 (Nachtexpress) befindet sich direkt vor der Tür.
