Just 10 minutes from Carcassonne and its famous medieval city, La Maison Rose is situated in a quiet village close to all the treasures of the region. Less than 3km away, you'll find a wide range of shops, including a grocery shop, supermarket, bakery, restaurants and tobacconist's.


Its geographical position is ideal if you want to discover the heritage of the Aude region: the Cité de Carcassonne and its bastide St-Louis, the Canal du Midi, the Lac de la Cavayère for swimming, the village of Lagrasse, listed as one of the most beautiful in France, or the many walks you can take around the village to discover breathtaking scenery! You'll be 45 minutes from the sea and its beautiful Mediterranean beaches, where you can spend the day.


On site, the village offers the ideal peace and quiet for a relaxing holiday. The gîte has a balcony with garden furniture, so you can enjoy outdoor meals or bask in the southern sunshine. You can park your car alongside the house or in the small public car park next door.


The ground floor opens onto a large living room with a sitting area (sofa and TV), a dining table and a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen. On the 1st floor, there is a second sitting area with a desk and a 2-seater 140 sofa bed, a separate bathroom with bath and washbasin, a separate WC and a first bedroom with a 140 bed. On the second floor, a second bedroom with a 160cm bed and air conditioning, and a shower room with washbasin, WC and washing machine.

WIFI connection. Baby equipment available on request. Sheets, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are optional extras. Pets are welcome, but only small pets weighing less than 5kg. Electricity consumption: 2kwH/day/person included. Excess consumption to be paid to the owner at the end of the stay.
