With its 600 square metres of living space, Villa Can Grau is one of the largest and most impressive properties in our range. Due to its size and layout with 16 double rooms and 15 bathrooms, the villa is ideal for a large family or large travelling groups. The layout of the property means that everyone travelling with you can always enjoy their own private space to the full. If you book for 24 people (or less), you will benefit from a discounted price. Spacious terraces, a balcony and courtyard areas surround Villa Can Grau, so you can enjoy the Mallorcan sun at any time of day and in a variety of favourite spots. In the centre of the outdoor area is the beautiful pool with easy step access and adjoining wonderful sun terrace. Right next to it is an extra children's pool for little water rats. In this part of the property, a border of dense plants creates a feeling of complete privacy and seclusion. You can relax on the comfortable loungers as you please and enjoy the view of the deep blue sky. If the sun is too strong, there are a total of ten parasols at your disposal. If you want to freshen up even more, you can use the outdoor shower. Various seating areas invite you to linger in the breezy shade of the covered terrace. If you head to the upper balcony, you can enjoy a marvellous view of the surrounding landscape. There is seating for at least ten people around the huge balcony overlooking the pool area, which is also accessible via an external staircase. This is a wonderful place to sit together in convivial company and perhaps enjoy a Mediterranean meal together or celebrate the end of a wonderful day's holiday in a festive atmosphere. If you fancy organising a culinary barbecue event, you can use the built-in barbecue, which is installed near the lower terrace.

When you enter the interior of the villa, which also has not only beautiful but also very original natural stone façades, you will find the lower living room with an extremely large, comfortable sofa and a rustic dining table for six people. The TV and the fireplace are conveniently installed in this room. The classically designed kitchen is easy to clean and fully equipped, including a kettle and coffee machine. A very similar layout can be found on the upper floor (including a second kitchen), with a practical and attractive design and plenty of space to feel at home. There is also a fireplace on this first floor, which makes for a cosy atmosphere on cooler evenings. A huge living/dining room offers all guests staying in the house the opportunity to eat together and enjoy their free time indoors. Six of the nine individually designed and mostly air-conditioned bedrooms (one of which is a walk-through bedroom that leads to another bedroom) have their own bathroom. All 11 bathrooms have a pleasant, bright design, modern fixtures and fittings and some have beautiful, typical Mallorcan borders. An original and unique bonus are the two additional self-catering living spaces built in 2017 in the neighbouring buildings. One offers accommodation for up to six people, with three double bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers, a kitchen as well as a dining room and a living room. The third room has four double bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers, a kitchen, a dining room and a living room. The first and second rooms are available for groups of up to 24 people; groups of 32 people or more can use the entire property.

If you want to take a trip into town for shopping, you can quickly reach a large town such as Inca. This is a great place to buy shoes, as this town has a long tradition in all things related to leather products and footwear. You may want to visit the weekly market in Sineu, which takes place every Wednesday. For a relaxing day at the beach, you can try the beautiful bay of Alcúdia or Playa del Muro. Golf lovers will get their money's worth: the Puntiro golf course is around 25 minutes away by car. The magnificent, huge Villa Can Grau is located between Inca and Sencelles, in the centre of Mallorca. From here you have a marvellous view of the beautiful surrounding landscape. In Sencelles and Inca you can do your daily grocery shopping perfectly. The favourable location of the accommodation allows you to make excursions to many of the island's beaches, such as Es Trenc, Son Serra of the Marina and Arenal.
