The exclusivity of this villa's location is obvious at first glance: orange and olive groves, almond trees and fragrant flowering plants characterise this tranquil region just west of Artà, where the beautiful Son Cullera villa estate is located. Idyllic countryside, pure nature, absolute tranquillity, fabulous panoramic views, everything in modern style and lovingly designed with very good taste, a great infinity pool, super outdoor seating and even a football pitch with real grass - these are all features that characterise this property as a premium property. Let's take a look at the details together. The villa, built a few years ago, is situated on a slight slope and therefore has a kind of terraced garden. On the lower level is the huge 15 metre pool. Covered with turquoise-coloured mosaic tiles, the pool is designed in infinity style, meaning that at the long end it seems to flow into the wonderful landscape and the rolling hills on the horizon, offering a truly magical backdrop. You can also enjoy this panorama from one of the sun loungers on the sun terrace. At the short end of the pool there is a covered seating area with a large table and plenty of chairs as well as a kind of summer kitchen, which can also be used as a wonderful pool bar. You can reach the house by walking from the pool area across the lush lawns and garden. There is a covered terrace directly in front of the living and dining room. Here there is plenty of space for a cosy seating area with two bright blue vintage-style wooden benches between large planters with fragrant flowers and a long dining table in front of a glass wall with glazing bars.

Behind the sliding window front is a dining room with a fantastic, oversized, rustic wooden table that can seat up to ten people. From this room, you can access both the kitchen and the living room, a large, bright room with a cosy fireplace. Like all the rooms, it shines with its white walls and a light-coloured, specially prepared concrete floor. A large sofa area, just a few pieces of furniture with a great retro character but placed all the more effectively, as well as modern art set the scene in this room and manage to make it cosy at the same time. The kitchen looks as if it has come straight out of an interior design magazine - a real dream kitchen, and not just for amateur chefs. The stainless steel centre island with integrated seating is a real eye-catcher. The kitchen cabinets are made of high-quality real wood, creating a very effective, ultra-modern mix. Naturally, you will find every technical convenience you need for a self-catering holiday. On the left-hand side of the house, a corridor leads to three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, most of which have direct access to the outside. All bathrooms have a clean design line with trendy walk-in showers. In the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom there is an additional bathtub as well as a separate dressing area.

Rural-rural: Peace, privacy and plenty of nature characterise the region. The medieval town of Artà is only around 4 km away. Stroll through the weekly market in the pedestrian zone and enjoy the colourful hustle and bustle on Placa del Conqueridor. If you need a break from shopping in the pretty boutiques, you can stop off at one of the many cafés and good restaurants. Golf enthusiasts should visit the popular Capdepera Golf course, whose hilly fairways have been integrated into the existing landscape. The sandy beaches in the bay of Alcúdia are just as quick and easy to reach as the secluded natural beaches, such as Cala Varques. If you want to experience a bit of hustle and bustle, head to Cala Ratjada, where you will find some very appealing restaurants right on the beach and harbour promenade. The spacious villa estate Son Cullera is situated in a wonderfully idyllic, rural and peaceful location amidst the green hills surrounding the medieval town of Artà. For your shopping needs, it is only 4 km from Artà, which can also be combined with a visit to the weekly market around the Placa del Conqueridor on Tuesdays. For a day at the beach, you have the choice between beautiful sandy beaches such as Sa Marjal or even city beaches such as Colonia de Sant Pere, which are only 20 minutes away by car.
