It's great to spend time together, and joy shared is joy doubled. Holidaying as a group without getting in each other's way in a confined space is exactly what Son Rito, a 400-year-old farmhouse between Campos and Felanitx, is for. The main house and outbuildings are spread over an incredible 150,000 square metres of land with almond and palm trees, in an outdoor paradise that leaves nothing to be desired. You can relax and party together undisturbed until late into the night. The glass summer house has a barbecue and an outdoor kitchen and its doors open onto the pool. Lounge furniture can be found under parasols or behind the breezy sheets of the open-air pavilion and sun loungers on the manicured lawn. Lighting for the evening atmosphere is included. Nothing stands in the way of wet and wild pool parties with a good beat, as there are no neighbours knocking on the hedge. There is plenty of space to play between the buildings and there are idyllic seating areas for undisturbed moments alone or as a couple.

You can also retreat to the two-storey main house and the spacious outbuilding. A well-known interior designer has skilfully combined old and new elements to create a harmonious, relaxed atmosphere. Three living areas are open to all guests and the extra-large kitchen with terrace access and long dining table ensures that the whole party can also dine together indoors. Those who need plenty of outdoor space, sleep on the gallery or prefer a cosier and more comfortable atmosphere can choose one of the other seven individually furnished bedrooms. Some even have two double beds for extra comfort. It's best to find out who sleeps where before you leave on holiday, but who gets the spacious suite with its own living area and TV, dressing room and bathroom behind glass will certainly have to be negotiated. and access to the sun terrace. Only two of the rooms in the adjoining building share a bathroom, while all the others have private access to a shower or bathtub. Modern comforts are of course available everywhere and two additional guest toilets provide convenience. The sea is the best place to swim anyway!

A farmhouse like Son Rito offers peace and quiet for families and groups, so you can take a break from the vibrant island hotspots and Caribbean swimming excursions. Beach inspectors should definitely check out Es Trenc, Cala Marçal and Cala Mondrago. Portocolom, the pretty harbour town, as well as the restaurants and galleries around Santanyí invite you to go out in the evening. The Parc Natural de Mondragó nature reserve is a great place for cycling or hiking. In the cheese shops and bakeries of Campos and at the popular Sunday market in Felanitx, you will find everything you need for a hot, romantic or relaxed party night by the floodlit pool. Mallorcan chill zone for large families and groups, between Felanitx (7 km) and Campos (10 km). The spacious, modern Son Rito estate has a main house and outbuildings and stands for spacious, relaxed living in absolute tranquillity. Several of the most beautiful beaches such as Es Trenc and Cala Marçal as well as harbours on the east and south coast are only 30 minutes away by car. For a shopping and sightseeing tour in Manacor it is only another 20 km, or you can explore the route from there to Palma by train.
