As soon as you arrive at the modern Villa Atipar, you will realise that this is the perfect holiday destination for anyone looking for peace and relaxation and a taste of real Mallorcan island life. In addition to the garden with artificial grass and sun loungers with parasols, the villa has something else to offer, a very special highlight: a kidney-shaped saltwater pool. When the Mediterranean sun gets too intense, this little oasis offers the perfect refreshment. In the evening, enjoy freshly grilled dishes in the pleasant shade of the covered terrace. You can get the necessary ingredients at the weekly market in Sa Ràpita on Wednesdays. This neighbouring village with promenade is only 1 km away and can therefore be visited daily. The villa is also equipped with two bicycles (adult size), which you can use to explore even more of the surrounding area (cycle path nearby!), and a table tennis table. There is a bus stop close to the villa with connections to the city of Palma, which offers another option for exploring the area.

This is a Fincallorca holiday home.

From the terrace you enter directly into the spacious living and dining area of the villa. The cosy sofa with a view of the cast-iron wood-burning stove offers cosy hours in the evening or in bad weather. If that's not enough, there is also satellite TV. The partially exposed ceiling beams create a natural, charming atmosphere that harmonises beautifully with the light cream tones of the room. It is perfectly complemented by the wooden table and chairs, from which you can look out onto the terrace through the double glass doors. The separate kitchen/dining room is fitted with white units and is fully equipped with all the modern conveniences you will need on your self-catering holiday. The 100 Mbit fibre-optic internet connection and Wi-Fi make it easy to work remotely. A large screen, table, work chair etc. can be provided free of charge. Also; the owner cares about the satisfaction and well-being of the guests, so he has not forgotten about the coffee lovers; you will surely love the Nespresso machine.

Two of the individually and colourfully decorated bedrooms have a double bed; one of these rooms has a full bathroom en suite. The third bedroom has two single beds. Both bathrooms are equipped with a bathtub.

Each room and the dining room have air conditioning. The pool is very refreshing in the hot summer hours. In the garden there are several types of fruit trees, a palm tree, two lemon trees, two mulberry trees, an apricot tree and other ornamental trees.

The family-friendly Villa Atipar is located in the immediate vicinity of the old fishing village of Sa Ràpita, which offers everything a holidaymaker's heart desires with numerous supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The sandy beach Platja de Sa Ràpita is also just a few minutes away. It is particularly popular with surfers due to its waves.

Please note that this accommodation does not accept youth groups or stag and hen parties. A youth group at this property consists of people aged 25 years or younger. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or stag party as your booking will be declined after booking, which may also be upon arrival at the property or during your stay, and you will not receive a refund
