The grapes grow straight into your mouth in this romantic, leafy courtyard. The lovingly restored natural stone oldie with an unusual name offers an unspoilt piece of Mallorca paradise. The old stonework is full of energy and warmth for tired holidaymakers. As this area places particular emphasis on cuisine and there is plenty of wine, fruit and delicacies, Els Ullastres has been equipped with an outdoor kitchen with barbecue, cooker, fridge and a long table right next to the pool. Here you can really celebrate the feeling of summer, sun and being outside until late into the night. After all, the red and white wines from the various bodegas that you have discovered on your exploratory tours should be savoured properly. The 30,000 square metres are very inviting and your bikes will also feel safe and secure here. Shady spots in the garden are already reserved for you, the long swimming pool with wooden frame cuts a fine figure under the canvas cover and under the trees and the net on the table tennis table is neatly stretched. But if you need to sleep in first, come this way ...

This is a Fincallorca holiday home.

The interior is beautiful and cool Stone, wood and tiles are the main materials and they preserve the original character of the house despite renovation work. Which of the three comfortable and lovingly furnished guest rooms would you like? That certainly depends on how much distance or space you need and whether you prefer to dream in colour or brown and white. Depending on your preference, you can make yourself comfortable on the 1.50 metre wide double bed, which certainly has a nice place in the cosy nest between the built-in wardrobe and natural stone wall, or in one of the four single beds on the upper floor. In the first option, you would occupy the shower room, in the second you would share the tiled bathroom (don't forget that there is also an outdoor bathroom and outdoor shower). With this versatile outdoor layout, it is doubtful that the fireside lounge and indoor kitchen on the ground floor will be used frequently. Nevertheless, they are a comfortable alternative for the cooler days that are sure to occur in May or October. And it exudes country house charm! Just like the immediate and wider surroundings...

This wine region with its beautiful bodegas, such as that of Jaume Mesquidas, is best explored on foot or by bike. Or with a blessing from above. From the Santuari de Monti-Zion, 2 km from Porreres, from the Castell de Santueri and from the monastery, you have a breathtaking view of the fertile plain that provides all kinds of delicious produce for the weekly markets and the fridge at Villa San Salvador near Felanitx. The town of Porreres, for example, just 7 kilometres from Els Ullastres, is itself a sweet fruit, a juicy apricot to be precise. Here, people like to dip them in chocolate or serve them with meat, and in June there is an entire fair dedicated to apricots. Hidden squares, Arab fountains, the relaxed atmosphere and a pedestrianised meeting place characterise the rustic charm of the town. From here you can travel to all points of the island (it's easy with the Ma-5100, just 1 km from the villa), and it's a lovely place to return to.

This tastefully renovated natural stone villa is located between Porreres (7 km) and Felanitx (9 km). The spacious, two-storey Els Ullastres has a lot of charm and offers privacy. Small supermarkets, cafés and restaurants can be reached quickly in both directions, even by bike. The drive to Campos or Manacor for larger shopping trips or to the popular sandy beaches on the east coast such as Cala Marçal or Es Trenc takes around half an hour.
